Bushwacker Fender Flares Built For The Long Haul.

We build Bushwacker fender flares for drivers who use their trucks for what trucks are for — hauling, towing, wheeling, working, and putting real miles on real terrain. Every flare in our lineup is engineered from Dura-Flex 2000 material so it flexes on impact instead of cracking, resists UV fade under years of sun, and stays quiet mile after mile.

From the aggressive stance of Pocket Style to the low-profile fit of OE Style, we cut, mold, and finish each set for a specific make and model — Ford F-150, Ram 1500, Silverado, Tundra, Tacoma, Jeep Wrangler, and dozens more. If it’s got tires wider than stock or a lift under it, we make a flare that fits it.

Pick your truck. Pick your style. Bolt it on this weekend.

Whatever you drive and however you drive it, one of these six is the flare that belongs on it. Every set is molded from Dura-Flex 2000, tested for fit, and packed with the hardware you need to run it out of the box.

How We Build A Flare

Bolt It On. Wheel It. Forget About It.

Every Bushwacker set is designed around three things that matter to the person actually turning the wrenches: it has to fit, it has to last, and it has to install without a body shop.

01

Molded From Dura-Flex 2000

Our proprietary material stays flexible in the cold, holds shape in the heat, and shrugs off rock strikes, branch drag, and years of UV. It doesn’t crack when it bends — it bounces back.

02

Cut For Your Truck, Not A Category

We don’t sell “one size fits pickup.” Every set is designed against the actual sheet metal — F-150, Ram, Silverado, Tundra, Tacoma, Wrangler — so the panel gap matches, the lines flow, and it looks factory when it’s on.

03

Installed In A Driveway, Not A Bay

Bolt-on kits ship with every fastener, clip, gasket, and template you need. Most sets go on with hand tools in a Saturday afternoon. If drilling is required, we mark exactly where.

“Pocket Style set went on my F-150 in about three hours in the driveway. Gap is tight all the way down, no drilling, and the bolt-heads look like they belong. Truck looks like a truck now.”

“Wanted coverage without the aggressive look for the wife’s Silverado. OE Style was the answer. Matches the factory line so well people ask if it came from the dealer. Textured finish still looks new.”

Renee K. Verified Owner — Chevy Silverado
★★★★★

“Flat Style on my JK with 35s and a 3.5-inch lift. Tires tuck now instead of throwing rocks at the paint. Trimmed clean, bolted up with the supplied hardware, and they haven’t budged after a season of wheeling.”

The Pocket Style Collection

Pocket Style is the flare that put Bushwacker on the map — and it’s still the set most owners come back for. Molded ribs, exposed stainless bolt-heads, and enough width to cover a real tire without cutting the sheet metal.

We build the Pocket Style line for the trucks people actually mod: F-150, Ram 1500, Silverado, Tundra, Tacoma, and the Max Coverage variant for taller lifts and wider rubber.

What Truck Owners Ask Us Most.

Start with what you want the truck to look like and how much tire you’re running. Pocket Style is for aggressive width with visible bolt-heads, ideal for lifted trucks on 33s and up. OE Style keeps the factory line clean — no bolt-heads, minimal width. Extend-a-Fender sits between the two. Flat Style is Jeep-specific. Cut-Out is for heavy-duty trucks that need wide tire clearance. Every product page lists the exact truck and years the set is cut for.

Most Pocket Style and OE Style sets bolt on to existing factory holes with no drilling — you’re using the same points the factory fender liner uses. Some Extend-a-Fender applications require a small number of pilot holes, and Cut-Out sets require trimming the outer fender to fit larger tires. Every set ships with a clear template and step-by-step instructions telling you exactly what’s needed for your specific truck.

Dura-Flex 2000 is our proprietary molded material. It’s engineered to flex on impact instead of shattering — so a rock strike, a branch drag, or a low-speed bump doesn’t leave you with a cracked flare. It also holds color and shape under extended UV exposure, which is the reason so many sets are still on the road looking sharp years after install. It’s the difference between a flare that lasts a season and a flare that lasts the truck.

Yes. Pocket Style flares in particular are commonly painted to match factory paint codes, and we also offer pre-painted color-match options for select truck models. If you’re painting yourself or having a body shop do it, scuff the surface, use an adhesion promoter designed for flexible substrates, then base and clear. The Dura-Flex 2000 surface takes paint and holds it well when prepped correctly.
